CHANEL CAMELIA DE PLUMES HIGHLIGHTER (HOLIDAYS 2014)

Chanel Camelia de Plumes highlighter
Chanel Camelia de Plumes highlighter

Hello girls,
if you read my blog you have seen that I don't buy or use luxury make up products very often, because I find that many non-luxury or drugstore products these days can often offer equivalent results at a much lower price.

But. If there's anything remotely similar to this, from any luxury or drugstore brand, on the entire planet Earth, I haven't seen it yet.

Chanel Camelia de Plumes highlighter, from their new holiday collection, is literally like liquefied metal on your skin.
It is a very light and very cool-toned gold shade, almost in between silver and gold, that kind of shade that I like to call platinum.
And it is The. Most. finely milled powder I have ever touched.
If I saw the swatch alone, I would think it comes from a liquid product more than a powder.

Chanel Camelia de Plumes highlighter

Chanel Camelia de Plumes highlighter

Camelia de Plumes comes in the signature Chanel midnight blue velvet pouch.
The pouch is held closed by an elastic band and has a little pocket on the front - so cute, it reminds me of a kangaroo's pouch haha - which contains a small brush.
It is a good quality brush, I will use it to apply the highlighter on my face.

Thoughts, girls?? ^_^
What is your favourite highlighter at the moment, that you will use the most during the upcoming holidays?
Thanks for sharing :)

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS TAGS

Hello friends,
two of my favourite girls

Kimmy from Beauty Isles

and

Antonia from Fifi and the Diamonds

have nominated me for a few tags, thank you so much for thinking of me ladies!!

I have already answered some of the questions from these tags in previous tags I have done, so I am now going to pick 11 new questions and put them together here :)

1. When was the first time you wore make up in public? (Kimmy)
When I was 5 year old, for a ballet performance :)

2. What's your favourite thing to buy beauty wise? (Kimmy)
I have an obsession with highlighters - liquid, cream, powder, you name it, I have it, and if I don't have it, I want it!

3. What's your favourite food? (Kimmy)
Pizza, and croissants with Nutella - and if you let me add fruit, vegetables, water, coffee and champagne, this is what I could live off of for the rest of my life, without ever eating anything else.
I am not a vegetarian, but I don't really like meat or chicken, so except from sushi or the odd fish, on most days I eat as if I was a vegetarian.

4. Your favourite music? (Kimmy)
Madonna and U2. And profanity-laden hip-hop songs, which I clean up and sing (AND dance!!!) along to All. Day. Long.
Most of my Instagram captions at @mjintheskywithglitter are de-obscenified lyrics from hip-hop songs too haha!
Tyga is my current favourite "I make that money reappearrrr hopping off the lear ain't no passengers in here I got D'Usse poppin no beerrrr why u in my ear I can't hear the money clear... YAAAAS my life All. Day.

5. Lipstick or lipgloss? (Antonia)
Lipgloss. I always have one in my bag for quick touch-ups on the go.

6. Your make up bag staple? (Antonia)
The one and only L'Oreal Lumi Magique foundation - True Match Lumi in the US.

7. Your favourite season and why? (Antonia)
Summer, because I love wearing summer dresses, and stiletto sandals, and flip-flops. To the point that my idea of winterwear is a coat over summer clothes.

8. What camera do you use for your blog? (Antonia)
I take all my blog and Instagram pictures with my iPhone 4S.

9. Who would you invite to a dinner party and why?
I would invite Oscar Wilde. Having a conversation with him over dinner would be mesmerizing.

10. My top 5 make up products (Kimmy and Antonia)

  • L'Oreal Lumi Magique foundation
  • Mac Pro Longwear Concealer
  • Dior Skinflash Radiance Booster Pen
  • Helena Rubinstein Spider Eyes mascara base
  • Kiko Colour Sphere eyeshadows

11. Random make up facts about me (Kimmy)
I never set my face with powder. I always fake-tan my face. I always have lip balm with me.

Girls I hope you enjoyed this post, and thank you again Kimmy and Antonia for tagging me!!

If you want to read previous Questions&Answers tags, you can check out

Liebster Award 2

Now this post is not a real tag anymore, so for this time I'm not going to tag anybody else. But stay tuned for the next one!!
Have a beautiful day,

OCTOBER FAVOURITES + MAC ALTERNATIVE!

October favourites
Hello girls,
here are my favourite products from last month!

Mac Nightmoth lip pencil - this is a very popular product I had always heard about, and I always knew I would eventually get it.
It is the most decadent blackened red/plum shade. Even if it is so dark, it is so perfect with that perfect balance between red, plum and black, that it always looks beautiful and sophisticated.

Here I am wearing it with another favourite from last month, Mac Smoked Purple lipstick.

Mac Nightmoth lip pencil, Mac Smoked Purple lipstick

Mac Smoked Purple lipstick is a blackened purply plum. Compared to Nightmoth it has more purple to it, while Nightmoth has more red.

Mac Nightmoth lip pencil, Mac Smoked Purple lipstick

Kiko Exquisite Jasper Green eyeshadow - a wonder-in-a-pot shimmery antique gold with a touch of olive, in a mousse texture, from the brand new Kiko eyeshadow line <3
You can see swatches and full review here Kiko Luxurious Collection: The Eyeshadows

Essence Jacob's Protection nail polish - this is my top favourite glitter nail polish, a beautiful midnight blue with light blue glitter - basically my life. Unfortunately it was a limited edition from their Twilight collection a couple of years ago.
Like all my nail polishes from Essence, with this one too I have the issue that it starts chipping within a few hours from application - but then again, we have to consider the upside and how inexpensive these nail polishes are. And I just love it too much.

Mac Everything That Glitters nail polish - this is another limited edition from the Holiday Collection 2012, and is a very opaque black with bright multicolor glitter.

As soon as I saw Exciting Dark Brown from Kiko, it reminded me of it.
This one from Kiko is not brown like the name suggests, nor black like Everything That Glitters - its base is a charcoal grey. And it has a textured finish, while the one from Mac has a smoother finish.
But if you missed out on the Mac one and you like dark glitter nail polishes, I am sure you will love the one from Kiko too.
If you don't like the textured finish, you can apply a gel top coat over it and make it shiny :)
You can see it on my nails here Kiko Haute Punk collection (Holidays 2014)

I hope you enjoyed these favourites of mine as much as I have.
Now I'll be catching up with your monthly favourites on your blogs and YouTube channels!!
Thank you for reading,

Love

ASIAN SKINCARE - FACE SHEET MASKS

A.K.A. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOUR BEST FRIEND IS KOREAN

Hello girls,
today I am going to tell you about my favourite beauty treatment to have at home, a facial with my beloved face sheet masks from Korea and Japan!!

You really can't top Asian skincare, and face sheet masks are one of their most popular products.
They were created in Korea and most brands are Korean - The Face Shop, Innisfree, Missha, Skin Food, K-Cosmetic.
But I also have sheet masks that I love from Shiseido and SK-II, which are Japanese brands.

They are individually wrapped face-shaped sheets, soaked in serum.
All you have to do is just put them on your face and leave them on.
The instructions generally tell us to leave the mask on for about 20 minutes. My friend explained to me that it has to be removed before it dries up, otherwise the sheet would start taking the serum back out of our skin.
I'll do a mask when I'm in bed reading a book or watching YouTube to have the overall most relaxing experience.

I use them once or twice a week.
First I'll do an exfoliating scrub or mask (like Glam Glow, you can read my review here GlamGlow Supermud and Youthmud mask review ), so my skin will be all clean and ready to absorb the serum from the sheet mask, for maximum effectiveness.

And the fact that the sheet is lying on your face and sticking to it will sort of force your skin to soak up as much as it can from it and will seal in the moisture.

These masks are everything, I LOVE them.

They come in ALL kinds of serums: from green tea to bamboo, from pearl to snail slime.
My other friend from Tokyo even got me an Euglena mask.

:-/

Euglena: genus of single-celled organisms with both plant and animal characteristics. It is considered a member of the protozoan order Euglenida or a member of the algal division Euglenophyta. (Encyclopaedia Britannica)

Well, I guess that when all else fails we can still try Euglenas!!!

Have you tried sheet masks and what are your favourites??

MY H&M OOTN FEAT. THIGH-HIGH BOOTS!!

My H&M OOTN

Hello girls,
I don't know about you, but since my old thigh-high boots broke, I had been hopelessly looking for a new pair For. Ever.

I understand it's not exactly the same as a search for bread, but why should they be so hard to find???
Hello, what else on Earth are shoe designers busy designing, slippers?? Socks???

So I literally shed tears of joy when I saw The. Perfect. thigh-high boots in an email from my beloved H&M.

I immediately started calling all the H&M stores within a 2-hour flight time to ask if these boots were already available in-store, but they all said no, and they also said they didn't know IF they would ever receive this specific item.

OH NO!

So I emailed the customer service to ask them in which stores within the Milky Way they were going to send the boots so that I could go get them, but OH NO!, they confirmed that they didn't know, AND they didn't even know IF these boots would ever make it to a store or if they would only be available online.

So yeah, the picture above clearly tells you what happened then, I made my online order haha!!
And while I was at it I added a couple mo' pieces that I had previously missed in-store, this gorgeous dress included *_*

In the links below you can see better what the dress and the boots look like, and if you like them, hopefully they are available in your country too ^_^

You will see that this dress is paired with these boots on the H&M website too ^_^

Grey chiffon dress: H&M UK - H&M USA - H&M France - H&M Deutschland - H&M Danmark - H&M Nederland - H&M Sverige

Black fake suede overknee stiletto boots: H&M USA - H&M France - H&M Italia -  H&M Россия

Have a beautiful evening <3

KIKO HAUTE PUNK COLLECTION (HOLIDAYS 2014)

Kiko Haute Punk collection

Hello girls,
I'm very excited to show you the new holiday collection from Kiko, Haute Punk collection!!

First off though...Haute Punk?? ...why? :-/ Not my favourite sounding word combination.
And what's "punk" about a red and gold packaged Christmas collection, where sophisticated red, mauve, champagne and smokey shades are predominant?

So yeah, not sure about the naming of it, but anyway if we can get past it - and we can and will, because it is a gorgeous collection!!

I will show you a few essentials I got from this collection ^_^
I will be adding more pictures and swatches, so keep an eye on this post and come back from time to time if you would like to see more.
In the meantime, if you would like a more in-depth review or swatches of a product in particular, please let me know in a comment, so I can do the most requested products first :-)

Kiko Haute Punk collection

So this is what I got from the collection:

Kiko Smokey Colour palette

Kiko Smokey Colour palette

Beauty Apotheosis 02 Smokey Colour palette on two levels containing
6 eyeshadows
   shimmering champagne for highlighter
   shimmery taupe
   matte dark brown
   satin grey
satin brown with a hint of olive
   matte black
1 bronzer - very nice natural shade with a delicate satin finish
1 blush - a universally flattering intense dusty pink
1 double-ended eyeshadow applicator - not what I would use to do my eye make up, but if you're on the go with the palette in your purse at least it's there for a touch up
1 bronzer/blush brush
2 mirrors - yes, TWO beautiful big mirrors, one on each level! Mirrors in make up palettes are everything, so great job on this Kiko!!!

Kiko Unique Rosy Mauve lipstick
01 Unique Rosy Mauve lipstick
This is a beautiful pinky mauve shade with a lustre finish. Again, this will be flattering on eeevvvrybody. I think it will be really nice for younger girls too :-)
And wait, while the colour per se is not the most unique, what's incredible about this lipstick is how it feels on the lips.
Please give it a try. If you apply it with your eyes closed and don't know it's a lipstick, you will think you're applying a lip balm.
It is soooo creamy and buttery on the lips, really it's amazing. More buttery than a lip balm, you absolutely have to try it.

Kiko Tasteful Rosy Mauve Face and Body Powder

02 Tasteful Rosy Mauve Face and Body Powder
I have so many blushes and bronzers and highlighters that this is the last thing I needed, but how gorgeous are these shades Kiko!!!!
And that flawless silky smooth touch they have on your fingers, oh why Kiko why!!!
So yeah, I got it.
And it's a whopping 22g of product, plus a powder puff if you want to apply it on your body too.
If you prefer more coraly tones, its twin 01 Stylish Pink Coral will make you weak in the knees.

110 Ebony/Golden Steel Double Glam Eyeliner pencil
It's a double ended eye pencil. One side is a dark cool toned brown, and the other side I was going to describe it as a metallic antique gold, but golden steel says it all really.
I didn't get more pencils because I already have a few of them from previous collections. If you don't, check out the other pencils too, they are all super smooth and pigmented, and they all come in beautiful colour combinations.

Kiko Alternative Grey Taupe and Exciting Dark Brown nail polishes

Kiko Alternative Grey Taupe and Exciting Dark Brown nail polishes

05 Alternative Grey Taupe nail polish
It is a stunning darkened silver that will dry with a textured finish. And I'm telling you, even after it dries textured, it will still be as sparkling as you see it in the bottle.
Absolutely unique product, I definitely recommend it.

Kiko Exciting Dark Brown nail polish

06 Exciting Dark Brown nail polish
Ok forget "brown" and substitute it with "charcoal". This is a true charcoal with multicolour shimmer.
And glitter swimming in a pool of black gives me life!! See, it's the very first thing I have worn from the collection.
It dries textured too, like all nail polishes in this collection. I'm thinking I might love it even more if it was shiny, so I will also try it with a gel-like top coat.

Phew such a long post! Now you can see why I couldn't take more pictures and do more swatches at this time haha.

Let me know what you think and what you would like to see more of :-)

Also, here you can see all the eyeshadows from the other new Kiko collection, Queen Of The Light Kiko Queen of the Light Luxurious Collection

Thank you for reading,

MY HALLOWEEN MAKE UP FEAT. MAC DRIVEN BY LOVE

Hello girls,
a quick post just to show you how I created my patent-like red lip in my Halloween make up.

I contoured my lips with Mac Cherry lip pencil, and then are you ready??
No you're not ready!! I mean, look at this!! Like BANG!!!, have you ever seen a lipgloss so pigmented and so glossy??? Honestly most lipsticks are not this pigmented!!!

This is Mac Driven By Love Pro Longwear Lipglass, a true red with a very fine red shimmer to it.
But can we even call this lipgloss? This is more like real paint, for the ultimate patent, vinyl lip!

Have you tried other shades from this line? Are they all this glossy and pigmented??

I hope you had a fun Halloween,

Love
MJ

SEPTEMBER FAVOURITES + MAC ALTERNATIVES!

September favourites

Hello girls,
I am super late with my favourite products from last month, but I promise I have a good reason for it!
I really tried my best to find a dupe for at least one of the products I picked, but I just could not :-(
In my entire collection I couldn't find anything reasonably similar to be considered as a dupe :-(

Which in a way is great news for me, because it means that I got new new products, but on the other side it kind of sabotaged my "monthly favourites + dupe" tradition.

But not all of my efforts have been in vain, because while I can't give you dupes I will give you ALTERNATIVES!!

So let's get into it.

Mac Viva Glam Rihanna 2 lipstick and lipglass - love and obsession at first sight. So beautiful. So unique.
I'm going to get like 4 back-ups of each before they are discontinued after 6 months!
I didn't know, I found out in one of my friend Sarah's https://www.youtube.com/user/nytdollface videos :'-((((
If you want to know more and see swatches, I wrote an entire blogpost about them, so please go to Mac Viva Glam Rihanna 2 Lipstick and Lipglass

Mac Stone lip pencil - it changed my life. With its shadow-creating and contour-camouflaging magical powers, it broadened new horizons for my lip make up.

Mac Spite lipglass - your natural lips, but darker and glossier. In a word, perfection.

Mac Pink Cult blush - very pretty lavender pink. Being completely matte and such a cool shade, it might not appear as the most alive colour to some. But it sure comes to life when it's on our cheeks girls!! The only downside is that I don't see it as equally flattering on darker skintones.

Mac Taupe blush - the BEST shade for contouring light to medium complexions. No orange at all in it.
Shadows in real life fade into grey and black. That's why to create the most realistic shadows on our face - which is what we do with the contouring - we need a flesh-toned pink shade that is darkened and faded into grey, meaning a grey-ish brown a.k.a. our beloved Taupe colour.
Ok, now let's get over this and go back to bronzer for our daily make up game hahaha!! :-D

Mac Breaking Ground cream colour base - a grey lavender that, again, doesn't really send a chill down your spine when you look at in the pan, but it's incredibly beautiful on the eyes <3

Except for the Viva Glam lipstick and lipgloss, all the other products are part of the new Artificially Wild collection, so more pictures and swatches are here Mac Artificially Wild collection

Mac Stormy Pink paintpot, Mac Breaking Ground cream colour base, Mac Frozen Violet paintpot

And it's Breaking Ground the product I have found alternatives for, in case you missed out on it or in case your skin wasn't whale-oil-proof-kind-of-dry like mine.
Because on my eyelids Mac cream colour bases work like a dream, but I was thinking that on most other girls a paintpot would perform better.

So if you like Breaking Ground you could also try Stormy Pink paintpot (matte and a little more red-toned), or Frozen Violet paintpot (shimmery and a little darker), one of my all time favourite and most used product :-)

I hope you enjoyed this post!!
Thank you for reading ^_^

MAC ARTIFICIALLY WILD COLLECTION (FALL 2014)

Mac Artificially Wild collection

Hello girls,
here I will show you my make up look created with some products from the Mac Artificially Wild collection!!

This collection, oh I love it so much.
It's mostly cool toned muted shades that look sort of "huh?" when you first look at them.

But it's their being so undefinable, so unrestrictable to specific colour categories, and almost mysterious, that makes them so unique and gives such an amazing unexpected effect when you apply them on your face.

Mac Artificially Wild collection

The Mac artist who did my beautiful make up is endlessly talented Alberto from Milan.
I picked the products for him to use though ^_^

Alberto applied Breaking Ground cream colour base (iridescent grey-ish lilac) in the outer half of my lid and crease of my eye with a Mac 217 brush.
He intensified the outer corner with Shale eyeshadow (pretty much the powder version of Breaking ground) - from the permanent line and not part this collection - and smoked out my lower lashline.
He finished off my eyes with Mineralize mascara, again not part of this collection.

On my cheeks, using Mac 188 brush he applied Taupe blush (matte, medium taup-y brown) on the outer and lower part of my cheekbones in his signature swirling motion, and then Pink Cult blush (matte lavender pink) on the rest of my cheeks with the same motion.
Girls I'm telling you, we need to OWN his technique.

He contoured my lips with iconic Stone lip pencil (cool brown), and filled them in with Spite lipglass (cool plummy brown) - both part of this collection BUT permanent.

What else to say, I mean just look at these shades.
How barely distinguishable they are on my face but how strong of an overall effect they create.

And Stone, Stone is a lip pencil I never thought I could pull off.
But its peculiar shade of brown is meant not to give you brown lips, but to create a shadow around their contour, and give the illusion of fuller lips.

Same for Taupe blush. It's not to give you brown cheeks, but to create the illusion of more sunken cheeks, which by contrast will then make the cheekbones appear more prominent.

Literally, I feel that this make up session and this Mac collection might have changed my life.
I mean, don't you already feel different too after seeing these colours?
For real.

Pleeeeease let me know what you got from this collection, I need to know what products everybody else has got and how you wear them, please share friends!!! ^_^

And if you want to see Alberto in action again you can check out Plastic Cheekbones in Milan Wearing New Mac MSF!!

Lots of love
MJ

CLEANSE BY LAUREN NAPIER

Cleanse by Lauren Napier

Hello girls,
tonight I will tell you about the newest addition to my vanity and current night routine, Cleanse by Lauren Napier, luxury face wipes by celebrity make up artist Lauren Napier!!

Lauren Napier - picture from http://www.laurennapier.com/

I was lucky enough to get to know beautiful Lauren via social media.
When she learned that I am a flight attendant she offered to send me a package with her products, and even added a lovely note for me [cries like a Japanese manga]

Cleanse by Lauren Napier are individually wrapped face wipes and come in very luxurious looking sleek black sachets.
Being individually wrapped, they will not dry out.
And Lauren made them the perfect size to fit in our make up bag or the smallest of our handbags.

No joke, sometimes with the smallest of my evening clutches I have to choose between taking with me my phone or some cash, my lipgloss for touch ups or my car keys, hahaha does this happen to anybody else????

Ok, Lauren's sachets will NOT cause this problem. They won't take up any space.
You can have Cleanse by Lauren Napier with you, and still safely drive back home - or to whoever's house you're going to go to.
You can have Cleanse by Lauren Napier with you, and still be able to make phone calls and upload your #OutfitOfTheNight picture on Instagram.

Just one wipe will take all your make up off.
You know I'm not one to go nude with the eye make up, nor sheer with the bronzer (please feel free to check my Instagram @mjintheskywithglitter for proof), but just one of these wipes takes EVERYTHING off.
My 19 coats of mascara, gel eyeliner, even the bronzer on my ears - in case you are wondering why I would wear bronzer on my ears, well having ears of a different colour that look like they belong to another face would make me look even MORE insane, so I go for the lesser evil and bronze them up too -, so all of it, it all GOES.

Also, I have sensitive eyes, and with many make up removers I have had the issue that they either don't take the make up off or irritate my eyes.
Lauren's wipes take all my make up off while still being gentle on my eyes, and I'm very happy about it.

Cleanse by Lauren Napier

I was so instantly fascinated by Lauren and her career that I was curious to know more and I asked her a lot of questions :-)
She was so nice and happy to answer, so it resulted in a small interview to share with all of you :-)

I asked her:

Lauren where are you from and how did you start your career?
I was born in Las Vegas and raised in Texas. Both places have had a huge influence on my propensity for beauty.
I began working in the fashion and beauty industry, then transitioned into TV/Film in a matter of years.
I love creating luminous looks for my clients. I have had a very exciting career and am excited to watch it continue to flourish.
How did you come up with the idea to create Cleanse by Lauren Napier?
I was struck with the idea to create Cleanse by Lauren Napier while traveling from Australia to New York via Dubai.
I was on a flight and wished to cleanse my skin but my package of wipes was dried out. I thought I'd create something to cleanse the skin while on the go that was easier to carry and wouldn't dry out.

What is the concept behind your product?
Cleanse by Lauren Napier are chic, perfect for travel and they're an excellent solution to travel skincare.

What is the philosophy behind your product?
My philosophy is healthy beautiful skin!
I am a minimalist. In a culture obsessed with excess and perfection, I find beauty in informal moments. There is beauty in taking it off.

Ok, unfortunately I won't be able to use Lauren's wipes too often when I'm flying, because when I'm on a flight I'm generally on duty and it would be against my airline's grooming policy to take all my make up off hahaha!!! :-D
But I have incorporated them in my night routine, whether I am at home or in a hotel on a layover :-)

So thank you so much again Lauren, hopefully one day I can meet you, and I will take my make up off with your wipes but YOU will do my make up, okay??! ^_^

Friends I hope you enjoyed my post
xoxo

Love
MJ

It is a soft and weightless mousse texture that blends onto your eyelid like a dream, and dresses it with delicate and luminous colours for a mesmerizing light-reflecting finish.

Ok it is against my policy to use the word "need" when talking about make up products, but these eyeshadows are really REALLY good.

01 Posh Crystal Rose, 02 Rich Grey Amethyst, 03 Exquisite Jasper Green, 04 Gorgeous Anthracite

The collection is made of 4 shades:

01 Posh Crystal Rose - a silvery peach
02 Rich Grey Amethyst - a blackened purple

METAL BLACK DAHLIAIN' IN MOSCOW

Metal Black Dahlia OCC Lip Tar

In my Autumn Tag post (here The Autumn Tag ) I said that berry lips are my favourite make up look for autumn.
So here I will show you my latest berry crush, which I first wore in Moscow recently, OCC Lip Tar in Metal Black Dahlia!!
OCC Lip Tar in Metal Black Dahlia

It is a stunning blackened berry shade with red shimmer. It is the same pigment as their iconic Black Dahlia lip tar, only with the added pearl to give it a metallic finish.

It is as opaque as only Lip Tars can be. Just a small dot of product on the back of your hand will be enough for your entire lips.
I applied it with the small brush that comes with it. Unlike some brushes or applicators that sometimes come with products, this one is actually a good little brush.
As you start applying it on your lips it might appear a little uneven or gritty, but the final result is just as flawless as it looks in the pictures!
It has a tendency to bleed, so I contoured my lips with Mac Burgundy lip pencil.

And once it's on, it's ON!! Again, it is as longlasting as only Lip Tars can be.
And when I removed it before going to bed it left a bright fuchsia stain, I looked like I was still wearing lipstick! :-D
So I guess it's not a product for the indecisive, I mean, once you decide to wear it you can't change your mind anymore haha!! ^_^

Moscow MOTD

The other make up products I was wearing are:

L'Oreal Lumi Magique (True Match Lumi) foundation in DW3 Gold Linen, applied with my Real Techniques stippling brush
Mac Pro Longwear concealer in NC30
Clinique Line Smoothing concealer in 02 Light
The black shade from Kiko Street Glam palette 01
Kiko Skinny Fit Kajal 06 (black)
Kiko False Lashes Concentrate Building Base mascara
L'Oreal Miss Manga mascara
my infamous fake eyelashes from Tokyo

and if any of you right now are thinking "Were all these lash products necessary? :-/" the answer is YES!!!!!!
hahaha you know me ^_^

Nars Orgasm blush
Nars Laguna bronzer

My dress was from H&M (H&M UK - H&M France - H&M Deutschland - H&M Italia - H&M Danmark - H&M Nederland - H&M Sverige), with a black cotton cardigan from H&M too on top.

I hope you enjoyed my post :)

If you would like to see my post about Harlot, my first OCC Lip Tar, please go to Harlot OCC Lip Tar :)

Я вижу, что у меня много читателей из России и Украины . Я немного говорю по-русски , пожалуйста напишите мне сообщение и поздороваться !

[This was for my Russian speaking readers, I see I have many so I asked them to please leave me a message and say hello :-)]

THE AUTUMN TAG!

Hello girls,
you know when you say the right person at the right time, so yesterday sweetheart Holly from HollyDolly tweeted me @mj_sky_glitter that she had tagged me for The Autumn Tag!!

Autumn has just begun, and you can feel it in the air getting chillier, you can see it in the windows of H&M and Zara where sweaters and coats appear...so while we are in the mood, let's get into the tag, thank you Holly!!

1. Coffee - What's your favourite seasonal drink from Starbucks or any other coffee shop?
My favourite drink from Starbucks is White Chocolate Caffe Mocha, but among their current autumn offerings I love Salted Caramel Mocha

London

2. Accessories - What do you opt for, scarf, boots or gloves?
Boots. Ugg boots for daytime, and leather or suede high-heeled boots for nighttime

3. Music - What's your favourite music to listen to during autumn?
I don't have specific favourite autumnal tunes, anybody does??
But my current favourite songs are Kylie Jenner from Courtlend - I have been listening to it All. Day. Long. for days, its lyrics and beat entertain me to no end hahaha -, and Promises from Ryn Weaver, which I heard for the first time yesterday at H&M, my favourite place both to buy clothes and to discover new music via Shazam!!

4. Perfume - What's your favourite scent for this time of the year?
I don't have a favourite scent for autumn. I think perfume is very personal and it involves a lot more than just the season. My everyday scent is a mix of Victoria's Secrets Body Mists in Pure Seduction and Love Spell

5. Candles - What scents will you be burning this season?
My favourite autumn candles are Autumn Leaves and Autumn Fruit from Yankee Candle

6. What do you love the most about autumn?
The feeling of the chilly air that tingles your skin, and yes, the smell of candles :)

7. Favourite make up look?
You know I switch up make up looks all the time, and don't generally adjust them to the season or the circumstance. I could sport the same look at a Halloween party or at a Christening where I am the Godmother.
But if there's a shade I wear almost exclusively around this time of the year, that's berry lips.
My favourite berry red lipsticks are Mac Diva and Mac Deeply Adored, you can see swatches and dupes here Mac dupes - Red, bright and dark lipsticks from Sleek

Mac Diva lipstick

8. What are you looking forward to the most in autumn?
Ok, the Earth rotates, and revolves around the Sun, and day and night alternate, and the seasons change, and it would be a waste of energy to have whatsoever opinion on it, because that's just the way it is.
So I accept that autumn comes.
But from accepting it to looking forward to something about it, guys, just NO.
I'm sorry, there's nothing to be looking forward to in having to wear coats when until 2 weeks before you were prancing around in next to your birthday suit to nothing.
Hahaha, I hope I haven't just killed the tag!!! :-D

I had a lot of fun doing this tag!!
And I want to share the fun with
